• Coaching sessions are available in multiple durations ranging from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions, depending on the coaching package selected by the client.
• Package payment must be made in full before any coaching services are provided.

2. Refund Policy:

• Clients are entitled to a full refund if requested within one week of payment or until the completion of our first Zoom coaching session, whichever comes first.

• Once one week has passed from the payment date or the first coaching session has been completed, refunds will no longer be available.
